We Do Pick-Up and Delivery:
Allocate Tech offered pick up and delivery to any individual or a business that’s within the
distance of 5 miles radius from our location. Pick-Up and Delivery does not include unhook and/or hook
up of system to and from the workstation. All picked up computer systems and peripheral equipments are subject
to $45 diagnostics charge. After the diagnostic is completed customer can chose to stop
or continue with the repair process. If Customer chooses to continue the repair process the diagnostic charge
will be waived. On the other hand, if Customer chooses not to repair due to value, cost, and time, customer will
then be required to pay for the diagnostics and evaluation charge. Pick-Up and Delivery is limited one trip
per-day per customer. Please allow 8 to 24 hours from date schedule to Pick-Up and Delivery.

Standard Service: Standard service is our most economical option.
Repairs are completed in the order in which they are received and are subject to longer service turnaround times. Typically
the diagnostic response time for carry-in repairs is 1-2 business days and on-site service is 1-2 business days.
These times may fluctuate depending upon the work load.
Priority Service: This option affords you a faster response time.
Typical turn aroud time for both carry-in and on-site service is 24 hours or less.
